Driving

The SE's sportier suspension tuning differs from other RAV4 trim levels. It improves its handling ability somewhat, but not enough relative to actually sporty competitors. Every RAV4 feels slow when you flatten the gas pedal, and no upgraded engines are available. The RAV4 feels surprisingly punchy around town, and the gas pedal is responsive to your inputs.
